Terms of Service
Closed beta terms.
These terms apply to invited users of the PointPilot closed beta.
Last updated 30 July 20261. The service
PointPilot is a personal strategy platform for SAS EuroBonus members. The service helps users plan, investigate and monitor award travel and explains relevant EuroBonus strategies.
PointPilot is not an airline, travel agency or booking system. PointPilot is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by SAS unless explicitly stated.
2. Beta access and your account
Access is granted personally by invitation. You are responsible for accurate account information, a secure password and protecting multi-factor codes and active sessions. Accounts must not be shared or used for unauthorised access.
3. Information, calculations and availability
Award prices, benefit assessments, routes and recommendations may be based on user data, published rules, demonstration data or manual verification. The product should make the status of its data clear.
PointPilot does not guarantee award seats, schedules, points prices, taxes, fees or that SAS will approve a proposed itinerary. You must verify material information with SAS or the relevant provider before booking.
4. Permitted use
You must not:
- attempt to bypass access controls or security;
- misuse invitations, accounts or verification functions;
- automate, copy or place load on the service in a way that harms PointPilot or other users;
- use the service in breach of law or third-party terms.
5. Beta status, changes and availability
The beta is developed continuously. Features may change, be limited or become temporarily unavailable. PointPilot may suspend access because of a security risk, misuse or the end of the beta programme. We aim to communicate material changes where reasonably practical.
6. Intellectual property
PointPilot and the product’s design, code, content and brand are owned by PointPilot or its licensors. SAS, EuroBonus and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Beta access grants only a limited right to use the service under these terms.
7. Liability
PointPilot aims to provide clear and verifiable information, but the beta is supplied without a guarantee of uninterrupted or entirely error-free operation. PointPilot is not responsible for decisions, bookings or losses caused by failing to verify information with the final provider, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
8. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Contact and governing law
Questions may be sent to hello@pointpilot.no. These terms are governed by Norwegian law without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
